1.2. The App is available only to users 13 years or older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the App to specific users or regions.

• "You", "Your" refers to any user accessing or using the App.
• "Service" refers to all features of Voxiyo, including voice recording, transcription, cloud storage, and other functionalities.
• "User Content" includes all audio recordings, transcriptions, and other material uploaded by users.
• "Third-Party Services" refer to external services used within Voxiyo, such as transcription providers and cloud storage solutions.

3. License and Use

3.1. Limited License – We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. Restrictions – You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the App.
• Share misleading or harmful content.
• Interfere with security features of the App.

3.3. User Contributions – By uploading audio recordings, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process your content solely for providing transcription and related services.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1. Transcription Providers – Voxiyo uses third-party transcription services to process voice recordings. By using this feature, you agree that your audio may be transmitted to external transcription providers.

4.2. Cloud Storage – Audio files and transcriptions are securely stored in a third-party cloud service. We ensure data security but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

4.3. Advertisements and External Links – If applicable, the App may display ads. Clicking on third-party links is at your own risk.

5. Premium Services and Payments

5.1. Subscriptions and Purchases – Some features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of purchase.

5.2. Refunds – Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

5.3. Billing – Subscription renewals occur automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

6. User Responsibilities

• Securing your account credentials.
• Ensuring that your uploaded content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
• Paying any internet or data charges related to using the App.

7. Data Privacy and Security

7.1. Data Handling – Your data is processed as per our Privacy Policy.

7.2. Security Measures – We implement industry-standard security but cannot guarantee absolute protection from breaches.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1. No Guarantees – The App is provided "as is" without any warranties.

8.2. Third-Party Liability – We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party services used within the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. We are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or unauthorized access.

9.2. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the App in the last 12 months.

10. Termination

10.1. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if the App is discontinued.

11. Changes to Terms

11.1. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
